As General Foreman, you are the anchor of daily construction operations. You translate planning into action, coordinate people and trades, and make sure work progresses safely, efficiently and with pride in craftsmanship.

You don’t need to be the loudest voice on site. You need to be the steady one. Someone people trust, who keeps overview, solves problems early and creates flow between teams, subcontractors and management.

What you’ll be doing

You oversee daily on-site activities and coordinate crews and subcontractors.

You ensure safety, quality and planning are respected in daily execution.

You act as the bridge between site teams, the Project Manager and technical roles.

You identify issues early and help resolve them before they become delays or conflicts.

Who you are
You have hands-on experience in construction and know how sites really work.
You are calm under pressure and strong in communication.
You lead by example and earn respect through clarity and consistency.
Previous experience as foreman, site supervisor or similar role is essential.

Coordenar as atividades diárias em obra e as equipas no terreno.
Garantir o cumprimento de segurança, qualidade e planeamento.

Identificar e resolver problemas antes que se tornem atrasos ou conflitos.
