As our Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you play a key role in turning ideas into buildable, realistic projects. You work closely with our Project Manager, construction teams and suppliers to translate designs into solid cost insights that guide decisions from early feasibility to execution.

This role is not about sitting behind spreadsheets all day. You are part of the project rhythm, helping the team understand what things really cost, where risks sit and how we build smarter without compromising quality or sustainability.

What you’ll be doing
You prepare and maintain cost estimates, budgets and BOQs across different project phases.
You support project planning by identifying cost drivers, risks and optimisation opportunities early.
You work closely with site teams, suppliers and subcontractors to validate pricing and quantities.
You help bring structure and calm to complex projects by making numbers transparent and usable.

You understand construction costs and how projects actually run on site.
You like working in small, growing teams where your input truly matters.
You value collaboration over hierarchy and clarity over politics.
Experience as a quantity surveyor, estimator or similar role in construction is essential.
