1.  Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

As our Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you play a key role in turning ideas into buildable, realistic projects. You work closely with our Project Manager, construction teams and suppliers to translate designs into solid cost insights that guide decisions from early feasibility to execution.

As General Foreman, you are the anchor of daily construction operations. You translate planning into action, coordinate people and trades, and make sure work progresses safely, efficiently and with pride in craftsmanship.

You don’t need to be the loudest voice on site. You need to be the steady one. Someone people trust, who keeps overview, solves problems early and creates flow between teams, subcontractors and management.

3. Junior / Medior Architect

As an Architect, you work at the heart of our sustainable housing developments, translating strong concepts into buildable, coordinated designs.

You collaborate closely with the Lead Architect and Engineers, quantity surveyors, construction teams, and our prefab panel factory. Your role is to ensure that architectural ambition, cost control, and execution remain aligned throughout all project phases.

4. Head Carpenter – Panel Factory

As Head Carpenter, you lead the daily production of our timber prefab panels and ensure quality, consistency and efficiency across the workshop floor. This is a hands-on leadership role. You work with your tools, lead by example, and help build a team that takes pride in precision, safety and craftsmanship.

You combine technical expertise with calm leadership and you contribute actively to improving workflows as the factory scales. You understand that prefab depends on discipline, tolerances and repeatable quality, and you know how to translate that into a reliable shop-floor rhythm.

5. Business Controller

As Business Controller, you bring financial clarity and disciplined control to a fast-moving organisation, without losing proximity to the day-to-day reality on the ground. You help management make decisions that are data-driven, realistic and scalable, and you build the structures that keep growth healthy.

You work across multiple entities and projects, linking project progress, commercial pipeline and cash planning into one coherent management view. You don’t simply report numbers. You turn complexity into insight, and insight into action, strengthening margin control, cost transparency and cash discipline across the organisation.
